The Watts FD-320-Y-SET is a heavy-duty area drain constructed from epoxy-coated cast iron, featuring an 8″ (203 mm) diameter fixed round top, a loose-set heel-proof ductile iron grate supported by a bucket, an anchor flange, a membrane clamp with weepholes for perimeter drainage, and a no-hub connection as standard. It is rated for heavy commercial traffic use.
