The Watts FD-320-SET is an epoxy-coated cast iron area drain designed for heavy commercial traffic environments. It features an anchor flange for secure mounting, a membrane clamp with weepholes for perimeter seepage control, an 8″ (203 mm) diameter adjustable top plate to align with finished floor height, a loose-set heel-proof ductile iron grate supported by a bucket, and a no-hub (MJ) outlet as the standard connection.
