The Watts FD-310 is a specification-grade area drain designed for heavy commercial traffic environments. It features an epoxy-coated cast-iron body with an integrated anchor flange and perimeter weepholes for effective drainage of seepage. The top includes a 7″ diameter fixed round cast-iron cover with a secured heel-proof grate, and the unit comes standard with a no-hub outlet.
