Root Guards for Tree Roots
Our root guards for tree roots are designed to contain even the most stubborn roots and prohibit them from damaging nearby patios, driveways, hardscape and sensitive landscapes. The barrier is constructed from durable HDPE and is available in a number of different heights ranging from 18ā to 48ā. The root guard has a minimum thickness of 80 mil, allowing it to repel even the most stubborn tree roots. The guard is designed to be placed vertically in the ground with 1ā - 2ā sticking up above ground. This is to allow the person maintaining the property to visually monitor the installation and catch any surface roots if they try to jump the barrier.
