Febco - AIRGAP 2 1/2-3 V - Part of the Air Gaps Series
This metal air gap drain elbow is installed under a 2 1/2 and 3 inch reduced pressure zone assembly, series 867, in conjunction with the model 867-AG air gap to catch moderate relief valve discharge due to pressure fluctuations and/or minor check valve fouling. This drain reduces the amount of water splashing in the area around reduced pressure assemblies while funneling relief valve discharge into the drain.
